Family Vacations at Resorts and Lodges in Ontario
Are you planning a vacation for the whole family? Many of the resorts and lodges in Sunset Country are not only great places to fish, they are also set up for a fun-filled family vacation. Along with fishing you can enjoy water sports such as canoeing or kayaking, waterskiing, snorkeling, boating or take a paddle boat out for a cruise. Land fun includes hiking, biking, horseshoes, volleyball, rock climbing and much more. Do you like to swim? Many camps have beautiful sand beaches or docks for swimming. Water trampolines and waterslides are great for both children and adults and will provide hours of fun under the sun in Northwestern Ontario. 
A trip to the Canadian outdoors is an especially great experience for kids who live in big cities and are not used to the wide open spaces in Sunset Country. As opposed to seeing lines of cars, the only traffic jams out here are the fish waiting in line to bite your hook. Some of the resort hotels in the area have swimming pools to cool you off in the summer months.
