Silver Dollar is located at the Junction of Highway 599 (to Pickle Lake) and Highway 642 (to Sioux Lookout). It is about halfway between Ignace and Savant Lake. Just north of Silver Dollar is Young Lake and the south end of Sturgeon Lake.
