Dinorwic, Ontario is a small community 18 miles east of Dryden on Highway 17. The community is situated at the beginning of Highway 72, which takes you north to Sioux Lookout. Dinorwic Lake, at the headwaters of the Wabigoon River system, is over 18,000 acres of island studded water, stretching over 20 miles in length. Fish Dinorwic Lake for walleye, northern pike, muskie, smallmouth bass and yellow perch. Nearby Basket Lake has great walleye action as well as northern and lake trout.
